What this tool does

Computes billable amounts from logged time and hourly rates. It sums each entry, applies your tax rate, and shows the total to bill.

How to use it

  1. Enter the period, who did the work, and who is billed.
  2. For each entry, put hours in the quantity field and the hourly rate in unit price.
  3. Enter the tax rate.
  4. Produce the statement with Print / Save PDF.

Worked example

Two hours at 15,000 per hour gives 30,000, and a 10% rate brings the total to 33,000.

Frequently asked questions

How do I enter 30 minutes?
Enter 0.5. Convert time to decimal hours so it multiplies cleanly against the rate. Fifteen minutes is 0.25.
Is there a built-in timer?
No. This tool bills time you have already recorded. Use the stopwatch tool alongside it if you need to measure.

What this tool does not cover

Overtime multipliers, minimum billing increments, non-billable time, and budget cap warnings are not supported.
